I’m only posting for the second time today because I don’t have a patient bone in my body and because the pictures that my dear friend, Ricci, took are so unbelievable!
We live on Vancouver Island so there are so many gorgeous open fields, farmland and beaches. So really, anywhere you can take a photo. We originally booked these shots for the month anniversary that our Nolan passed away, but we cancelled and postponed until the next weekend. I’m so glad we did because we woke up with so much snow!

I kind of have to gloat, our kids literally sat so well and posed so cutely for Ricci. Not sure if they were extra excited to wake up to the first snowfall of the season, or they were just excited to get doughnuts after.. but the photos are perfect and are the perfect present to Nolans passing. It makes me realize that I’m so flipping blessed. Look at those three perfect faces!

Our middle child, Cai ( On the far left ) lost his two bottom teeth two days prior to this photo.
“All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth…”

I had this gorgeous shot planned for this blanket ( which didn’t even fit around us… smallest blanket in the world ) but Ricci still managed to capture a good shot between us. The photo looks so peaceful and cozy. But it was actually freezing, or feet were soaked and it was raining/snowing hard in this photo.

I love the shots she captured of our entire family too. Somehow she got all 5 of us to look & there aren’t any weird faces!

and last but not least.. cause we literally have a ton more, these are just my top favs!

Hope you enjoyed my little family sesh! Go over and check out Little Prints Photography and if you’re local give them a call. They are amazing and I’m biased as we’re friends with Ricci & Brian but these pictures are pretty dang good, am I right?
